IOC service delivery team meets with client to understand requirement.

Includes site visit to Work place in case of Technical categories.

Formulate JD as a team and benchmark critical prerequisites.

• Search existing database, use electronic media to gather candidates matching with requirement.


• Pre-searching of candidates by IOC staff.


• Submit shortlisted candidate to client requirement panel.


• Review meeting with client of all the shortlisted candidates.


• Media advertisement if sufficient candidate are not available.


• Arrange for telephonic or personal interviews, trade/aptitude/subject test according to client requirement. This is done locally and /or overseas.


• Collect all required documents of candidates and submit in organized form to client for visa processing.


• Receive visas, air tickets, contract and all other required legal documents from client.


• Carry out immigration process and help candidate to do medical tests.


• Ensure candidates travel on pre-decided dates.
